By releasing any of our services or software products we are doing our best to collect as few presonal information as it is sufficient for us to make our software and/or services operational. Nonetheless, we are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information you might be sharing with us.
Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, personal email address, a telephone number or other contact information.
Some of our services are organized in a way that it is required to obtain your mobile phone numbers, emails, Google Talk or MSN Messenger IDs. We will do our best to avoid asking you for your passwords for any of third party services or software you might be using in conjunction with ours.
While using our software and/or services, we may record information about your usage, such as when you use the software or the services, the contacts you communicate with, and the frequency and size of data transfers. To provide a better technical support we may also record and store all debugging information prvided by our software and services, which may sometimes include your passwords to third party services and/or some other personal information.
You may choose whether or not to provide Personal Information to us. If you choose not to provide the Personal Information we request, you can still visit most of the parts of our sites, but you may be unable to access certain service options and offers.
2. Personal Information Uses
We use the information we collected internally to deliver the best possible service to you, and to purposes such as improving the software and the services, user interface and capabilities, to maintaining a consistent and reliable user experience.
In case a password for a third party service is required to use some of our services we are commited not to store such information to any of our storage devices and not make it publicly available or to share it to a third-party.
We may transfer some of the Personal Information (like phone numbers or email addresses) to our third-party service providers and business partners, but only to provide services to you thru our site or software, across borders, and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.
We do not provide your Personal Information to third parties, except for third parties who may perform services for you thru our sites and/or software. We do not intend to transfer Personal Information without your consent to third parties who are not bound to act on our side unless such transfer is legally required.
We confirm that all your personal information obtained for debugging purpose by using our software or services will be erased from our storage devices as soon as the support is offered.
While using our services or software, people included in your contact list may be able to see your online presence, custom status indicatos, username, and any information that you choose to make publicly available.
We confirm not to give your passwords, if obtained, to any third party or a business partners of us.
We confirm not to provide or not to use your email address in such a case that it could be used to send you unsolicited emails (spam).
We confirm not to provide your Personal Infomation to a third-party for direct marketing purposes of relevant services, products, and programs.
Regardless of your decision regarding the sharing of your Personal Information, we may share broad aggregate demographic data and related usage information with our business partners. This aggregate information does not contain any Personal Information that can identify an individual user.
3. Credit cards processing
Some of our services are paid. To accept your payments we use a third party card processing services that are licensed and have accreditations obtained from credit card companies (like VISA). Under the terms of such accreditaions we are acting as a Merchant and are not allowed to request and/or store any credit card information from our users directly. That means, we do not obtain and/or store any of your valueble data related to your credit cards.
We cannot be held liable for any problems related to the use of any of our third-party card processing services.
4. Tracking Technologies
Some of the pages on our sites utilize "cookies" and other tracking technologies. A "cookie" is a small text file that may be used, for example, to collect information about site activity or use for authentication procedures. Some cookies and other technologies may serve to recall Personal Information previously indicated by our user. Most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them.
You may set most browsers to notify you if you receive a cookie, or you may choose to block cookies with your browser, but please note that if you choose to erase or block your cookies, you will need to re-enter certain identifying information, should we in the future require such information, to gain access to certain parts of our sites.

Nevertheless, we are not liable for any damages resulting from any security breaches, or unauthorized and/or fraudulent use of your User identification information. All our employees and data processors that have access to, and are associated with the processing of your Personal Information, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your information.
